Forum guests are mayor Calvin Tillman of Dish, TX, Rancher Gilbert Armenta from Split Estate, Debra Anderson, filmmaker and... Alfonso Ortiz, Mayor of Las Vegas. Film from 1:00-2:30pm and Forum from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
