We screened the movie as a public program for the NYC Compost Project in Queens. In addition to screening the movie, we led a discussion on waste issues, comparing NYC's management of waste and our recycling rates to what we learned of Cairo's system from the movie. Several NYC Master Composters (who are trained in compost and waste reduction outreach) were in attendance. The movie was a great hit.
